This haunting piece for brass quintet (scored for Flugelhorn 1, 2, French Horn, Trombone & Tuba) was originally composed for the Hilliard Ensemble vocal group, arranged here by Brian McWhorter for the New York-based Extension Ensemble. The piece is 4 1/2 minutes in length.
